The Home Heat Helpline advises energy customers concerned about paying their energy bills and keeping warm during the winter. It also gives advice to low-income households in need of heating help and advice.
The Home Heat Helpline - 0800 33 66 99 - is free to call from landlines and is open 9am - 6pm Monday to Friday. Calls are answered by friendly expert advisors at our call centre. They're trained to give quick, clear information on any rebates or trust funds which you may be entitled to. They can also tell you about ways to save money on heating bills by making your home more energy efficient.
Not every caller contacts the Home Heat Helpline for themselves. Many phone on behalf of friends, relatives and neighbours. We also handle calls from care professionals and other organisations such as Age UK, Citizens Advice and housing associations.
Please note: charges may apply when calling the Helpline from a mobile phone. To get advice and help with your energy bill visit the Home Heat Helpline's website.
