My Energy Credit helps people who've moved or switched claim money back that may have been left behind with their old supplier. No matter how long has passed, legitimate claims will always be refunded. The average credit balance is around £50.
Carbon Monoxide - Be Alarmed! is our national campaign to cut the number of deaths and injuries caused by carbon monoxide poisoning.
We run the campaign on behalf of British Gas, EDF Energy, E.ON, npower, ScottishPower and SSE, in partnership with the Dominic Rodgers Trust. The trust was set up by Stacey Rodgers, who lost her son to carbon monoxide poisoning.

The Home Heat Helpline advised energy customers concerned about paying their energy bills and keeping warm during the winter. It also gave advice to low-income households in need of heating help and advice.
