Measuring Momentum – Unveiling the latest insights from the energy sector
Louise Parry, Director of People & Organisational Development, Energy & Utility Skills
Louise will present results from two data collection initiatives across the sector. TIDE’s Health Index launched in 2024, and is a tool for organisations within the energy sector to benchmark their EDI progress against others. The aggregated results will also give an indication of where further support is needed as a sector. Louise will also reveal the energy sector results from the Inclusion Measurement Framework, a tool developed by Energy & Utility Skills and the Equal Group which measures demographics and characteristics of the workforce.
