Energy UK’s Young Energy Professionals (YEP) Forum hosted its annual awards ceremony on Thursday, 1 October. This year’s awards was held virtually due to the coronavirus pandemic.
YEP Awards 2020 was an opportunity to recognise the outstanding contribution and achievements of young professionals across the energy sector.
This year, delegates will hear from keynote speakers, Emma Ford, Head of Gas Construction at National Grid, Emma Pinchbeck, Chief Executive of Energy UK and Chris Stark, Chief Executive of the Committee on Climate Change, about the importance of young energy professionals in the energy transition.
We awarded winners in four categories including the introduction of a new one-off category for 2020 to reflect the sector’s role in responding to the COVID-19 pandemic.
