Please note that vouchers have only been issued to traditional prepayment meter customers. If you have a smart prepayment meter, pay by cash / cheque or receive energy bills – then your discount will have been applied automatically already.
You have until the end of June to redeem any unclaimed vouchers so it’s worth checking any unopened mail, and any expiration dates on vouchers you may have.
