Creating a more inclusive and diverse energy sector
Energy UK is pleased to announce that it will be hosting its first ever ‘Inclusion and Diversity in Energy’ conference, in partnership with Accenture, this autumn.
The Conference, which is free to attend, will be held at the QEII Conference Centre on Thursday 19 September, will look at all aspects of inclusion and diversity in energy including disability, social background, ethnicity and race, gender and sexual identity.
The one-day conference will cover issues including the importance of a diverse, sustainable workforce to delivering the future of energy; culture and how to create an inclusive workplace; how data and innovation can help improve diversity; as well as identity and the importance of being able to be your authentic self at work.
