Switching is a ‘Breeze’ with the Energy Switch Guarantee
Breeze has become the newest member of the Energy Switch Guarantee (ESG), an industry initiative to make switching simple, speedy and safe for consumers.
The Guarantee now covers around 85% of the market, and provides consumers with a reliable and hassle-free switch in just twenty-one days.
Consumers can continue to feel confident in switching, as signatories of the Guarantee report on their performance every quarter to show that they are compliant with the high standards of the Guarantee.
Breeze Energy is an energy provider based in Newcastle-upon-Tyne, trading since May 2015. Their aim is to make saving money on energy bills easy for everyone, with the help of their easy-to-use website, straightforward bills and friendly customer support team based in the North East.
Latest figures from Energy UK show that over two million (2,119,516) customers have switched to a new electricity supplier so far this year which is on track to beat last year’s record numbers when 5.8 million – or one in five customers – switched supplier.

 Compliance levels for each member are published quarterly. Where a supplier fails to meet the key performance indicators, they can be asked to leave the Guarantee.
