Shaping the future of energy through early-careers insights
The ‘Meeting the Challenge’ survey captures the views of young energy professionals on their experience of building a career in the UK energy sector. You don’t need to be a YEP member to take part, as long as you worked in energy for fewer than 10 years.
The survey will build on the baseline of last year’s results, which showed nearly 90% of respondents felt the industry had met or exceeded their expectations, with most planning to stay for at least five more years – but they also revealed ongoing barriers, such as unclear career pathways and the perception that opportunities are concentrated in certain regions.
The survey takes just three minutes to complete, and you’ll be entered into a prize draw for a £10 voucher. Complete it before Friday 5 September – and please share it with your network.
