These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

Energy UK is funded by the UK’s electricity generators, the electricity and gas suppliers and National Grid.

Payment
- If you require an invoice before payment can be made, please contact accounts@energy-uk.org.uk for assistance. Payment must be made in GBP, according to the instructions stated on the invoice. Payment in full must be received before the event, or your registration will be cancelled. Payments must be in made in GBP, according to the instructions stated on the invoice.
- Invoices are subject to VAT at the UK standard rate.
- If you require a purchase order number to be shown on the invoice, please include the purchase order number on the registration form.
Cancellation and delegate substitutions
Once an order has been submitted, cancellations are not able to be processed. However delegate substitutions may be made up to 7 working days before the event by contacting events@energy-uk.org.uk with the relevant details. Refunds will not be offered for cancellations.
Termination of the event
Energy UK accepts no liability if this event is cancelled, altered or postponed due to a fortuitous or unforeseen occurrence, including Act of God, government restrictions, war, terrorism, civil disorder, or any other emergency.
Liability
In no event shall Energy UK be liable to the Delegate for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any damages whatsoever, resulting from the execution or non-execution of this agreement.
Event changes
Energy UK reserves the right to make such changes in the time schedule or in the general plan of the Event as may be deemed by Energy UK to be in the best interests of the Event generally.
Delegate details
Energy UK will use the details supplied in this form for this event. We will hold your details on file and may occasionally contact you about future Energy UK events, which may be of interest.
