Executive Summary
Energy UK is supportive overall of the proposals, and recognise them as an important step forward for the sector. However, greater flexibility of implementation of the scheme is needed in some areas, and some additional clarity and guidance is needed in other areas. Removing barriers to the deployment of offshore wind is of critical importance to Energy UK membership, and the sector welcomes the opportunity to engage in this area.
