The YEP Awards are an opportunity to recognise energy industry professionals with up to 10 years of experience working in the energy industry or for organisations that provide services to the industry.
The Awards offer a fantastic chance for young professionals alike to meet and talk with their peers about their achievements in energy, as well as to hear from industry leaders and a special guest on the evening.
Nine award categories, from Rising Star to Team of the Year, will showcase the successes and outstanding contributions of students and people with up to 10 years’ experience working in energy, including two new awards for communications and engagement, and innovation in the supply chain. Audrey Gallacher Award for Excellence
This award honours Audrey, Energy UK’s former Deputy CEO, who passed in 2022.
Audrey didn’t follow an academic path into the industry, which contributed to her ability to bring a different perspective to her role.
This award recognises the individual who has achieved success by entering the industry through a similar non-traditional pathway, either without attending university, or by accessing higher education through routes such as scholarships or employer-supported programmes.
