Executive Summary
The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) consulted on Proposed Standard Conditions for Registration level activities. There are some specific points around Anaerobic Digestion standard conditions and for more localised and standardised water and land management conditions that Energy UK members wished to raise in the response.
