Following the announcement of the next price cap level covering the period from July to September, this session will explore what impact the war in the Middle East has had on household energy bills, affordability and debt across the country.
A panel of key stakeholders will examine existing and potential changes to social and environmental levies placed on bills, as well as how best the Government and Ofgem can target support to households that need it most.
Energy UK will publish a paper on targeted support ahead of this session to inform discussion.
